Parks and Boat Launches
Lake Allatoona, Georgia

Lake Allatoona has many different day use parks and boat launch areas. These facilities offer opportunities to access the lake and the lake shore from a wide range of locations. These parks collectively offer boat access, parking for your truck and trailer, swimming beaches, playgrounds, picnic facilities, fishing access, restrooms, and more. The parks may be managed by the Corp or Engineers, county agencies, or municipal governments parks and recreation departments. Almost all charge a fee for using their associated amenities.

Day Use Parks with Boat Launches

Boat Launch Access

All these sites listed below have a boat ramp, a loading dock, a parking area, and require a fee for use. Most also have restrooms. Many other boat launches are found around the lake. Other facilities include the day use parks listed above (and a few that are not yet listed here), camping areas (see the link on the left side navigation area of this page), and Red Top Mountain State Park.
